Language, Education and Development. We work to improve language resources, education resources and development resources in Asia.

LEAD is a vision of minority communities reaching their education and development goals while valuing their languages and cultures.

LEAD Asia, a unit of SIL in Asia, works with these communities to help them build the skills they need to engage with development opportunities, and to become better advocates for themselves. We also work to link communities with resources when it is needed and desired.

We want to partner with supporters, donors, and advocates to strengthen our work with communities in Asia.
